Overview

The Business Our client specialise in providing health and social care solutions that allow for the integration of services across whole care communities. They do this by linking information from multiple systems, integrating workflows between care settings and supporting multi-provider reporting & analysis. The Job The business are seeking a bright, self-motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join their sales team, reporting to the Sales Director and working closely with the CEO. This is a brand-new role and the scope of responsibilities will grow along with you. The role will aim to provide a wide breadth of experience within an IT software house, across some of the businesses key departments for Sales, Commercial, Bid Management and Marketing. Key duties; Work closely with the Sales Director providing comprehensive analysis of the healthcare market, assisting with qualification of opportunities and identifying new targets. Work closely with the Sales team to support the complete Sales Cycle Work closely with the Sales team to create collateral to support Sales Presentations, product demonstrations and customer engagements Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that they can deliver comprehensive 'bring to market campaigns’ for new and existing product lines Liaise with staff and customers at all levels Escalate incidents/problems to senior staff/management where required and in a timely fashion To ensure that all documented procedures are adhered to Who fits the bill? This is a Nationwide vacancy, you can choose to work in any of the following locations; Maidstone, Nottingham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warrington or Milton Keynes. Working towards or have gained a bachelor’s degree or equivalent Knowledge of health or social care domain A problem solver that doesn’t shy away from a challenge Able to demonstrate a dynamic and enthusiastic approach Can easily adapt to working on multiple issues at any one time Strong inter-personal and communication skills Aptitude to quickly grasp new concepts and information Proactive and confident in making decisions Can demonstrate creative thinking and not afraid to challenge their own methods
