We’re on a mission to make it easy for people to get outdoors and have amazing experiences in the mountains. We’re growing super-fast and our customers love what we’re doing. This is an opportunity to join an early stage business and play a role in shaping the future of the mountain holiday market. About the role We’re looking for an experienced, data-literate and ambitious marketing manager to work directly with the founding team and move the business from being a start-up to a scale-up. This is our first marketing hire, so comes with the opportunity to shape and execute our digital marketing strategy. Key responsibilities: Own the marketing media mix for the business Create, set up and optimise campaigns across paid search, paid social and other relevant digital channels Establish the distribution of budget by channels and deliver the best possible ROAS Be all over your KPIs; making daily adjustments to performance levers such as creative, targeting and bidding to ensure performance marketing goals are achieved Automate tasks that are recurring in order to ensure efficiency within the team as activity scales. Work with the founders and tech team to identify and execute opportunities for further growth Successful candidates will ideally have: 3 years hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social marketing campaigns with ROI focused goals A Bachelor's degree or equivalent Lots of enthusiasm, and be a real self-starter Strong technical knowledge and an understanding of how things work in the background A high level of data-literacy and analytical capability.
