About us Disperse is a VC-backed artificial intelligence construction startup focused on improving on-site productivity with the help of computer vision. Our goal is to ultimately re-imagine the way building projects are planned, delivered and operated. We're currently working on some of the largest building projects in London (e.g. Renzo Piano’s Shard Place, Wood Wharf) and have grown from 5 to 55 people over the past year. Role Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the deployment of our solution with our customers, where the ideal candidate helps implement best practices and new methodologies and successfully drives the overall delivery excellence and customer success for our projects. You will be responsible for driving the delivery across our clients while working closely with cross-functional teams (including technical experts) to deliver defined outputs to time and quality criteria. As part of this role, you will: Drive the delivery and customer success across our customers Develop customer relationships that promote customer engagement and satisfaction Track and manage delivery output and performance against key KPIs (quality, time) Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes in a highly-matrixed environment Ensure that our customers have the best Disperse experience possible, leading implementation sessions, organise training sessions, and drive the fast resolution of issues and inquiries Develop and implement best practices, new methodologies and process steps to drive overall delivery excellence Requirements You should apply if: You have 3-5 years of experience from consulting, project management, or related field (bonus points for engineering or manufacturing background) You have strong experience of working with cross-functional teams with a formalized methodology You have strong experience in managing issues, scope and quality You have excellent communication skills with strong customer-orientation You love to get involved in all areas of the business and get hands-on in day-to-day activities You are an avid team player and work to make everyone around you better You are proactive and hands-on, and relish taking on new challenges Benefits Pro rata salary of £52,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience level) Friendly, open and transparent culture.
