Our high-profile customers include Nike, French Connection, Mint Velvet and Under Armour To help us scale, we’re looking for exceptional individuals to join our hugely talented, collaborative team.  We’re now looking for a creative, data-driven Marketeer to work closely with our CMO, focussing on specific retailers across the UK, Europe and the US, managing the company's targeted marketing initiatives, specifically around opportunity generation and pipeline conversion for longer sales cycles. We’d love to speak to you if you’re a true innovator with around five years B2B Marketing experience within a high-growth business, ideally SaaS / high-tech B2B demand generation.   Main Responsibilities: Along with the CMO, create annual and quarterly marketing plans for targeted accounts and contacts that focus on new logos and accelerate existing opportunities Develop marketing initiatives (jointly with CMO and sales), targeting specific accounts and contacts for pipeline generation and pipeline acceleration programs Understand the needs of sales and work with Content and Design to create a sales toolkit of supporting collaterals needed in their sales activities Communicate with and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including, but not exclusive to, digital, content, direct mailings, owned events, conferences, social, partner activity and referrals Design 1: many, 1: few and 1:1 marketing initiatives to meet pipeline targets Develop a marketing playbook that can be deployed when new prospects have been added to our key target account list. These include stakeholder mapping, intelligence gathering & targeting Develop nurture email paths (with Content Executive) to ensure a consistent flow of communications for keeping Mercaux front-of-mind throughout the longer sales cycles Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes Research and analyse market trends, demographics, new geographies, pricing, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies Adjust marketing campaigns & strategies in response to collected data & other feedback Manage budgets effectively and carefully About You A proven track record with creating and implementing multi-channel demand generation programmes and opportunity nurture activities Experience working closely with colleagues in sales on joint activities Solid experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include owned and third-party events, digital advertising, direct mailing, partners, content, PR and social networking A track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programmes simultaneously Experience with targeting, segmentation & list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns A strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth Proven experience in split testing, measuring & optimising performance of marketing campaigns Experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using Salesforce would be beneficial Some experience managing small teams would be beneficial In return, you’ll get to work within an exciting, innovative, creative and entrepreneurial environment in central London.  We love collaboration, ownership and energy, we aim to be at the forefront of our field, and we see our talented employees grow with us, as we grow.
