Job Description
This fantastic new position will suit someone who is keen to work in a busy and buzzing VOD enviornment within a fun and content passionate team. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate an eye for detail and analytical nature, excellent IT skills, a passion and knowledge of TV & Film content, confidence in dealing with clients and suppliers and a desire to learn about content scheduling processes and strategy. + Management of EST and VOD content programme schedules + Assessment & selection of new Movie, TV and Kids content for target clients + Review supplier schedules, liasing with Studios and Suppliers for content confirmations per client + Collate all schedules using Excel and internal software programmes + Enter corresponding metadata for all scheduled content into master schedule + Ensure supplier's compliance metadata (content advice and PIN) is correct and consistent + Export master schedule into content management system + Liaise with Client Services team on schedule and related activities + Take responsibility for responding to and solving client and supplier issues + Creation and issue of daily, weekly, monthly reports as required + Attendance at client meetings and Studio/Supplier meetings when required + Point of expert knowledge on schedule and all related content and metadata + Passion and knowledge for all things Film & TV! + Programming and scheduling knowledge and/or experience + Awareness and knowledge of VOD programming and trends for TV content + Excellent IT skills including Excel + Ability to learn and master new IT systems and software + Very high attention to detail + Demonstrable analytical working style + Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills + Ability to work pro-actively + A desire to pursue a career in programming and scheduling INNATE ABILITIES + Ability to work well under pressure + Ability to make clear decisions + Ability to work on own initiatives PERSONALITY + Positive and flexible attitude + Reliable + A good team player + Energetic and positive in approach + Willing and able to trouble shoot complex problems ID: 2019-2695 External Company Name: Vubiquity External Company URL: www.vubiquity.com Street: 3 More London
