Job Description
We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and fun individuals to join our small team. We run a fast paced, bustling boozer with three levels including Aldgate's best roof bar! We are not your typical city pub as we offer a wide range of spaces for different occasions and have plenty of regular customers who just love a chat, as well as plenty of office workers looking for an after work pint. Responsibilities will include: * Day to day running of the pub to include running shifts and managing the team * Using our systems to look after bookings, stock and compliance * Leading the way with outstanding service and effective complaints management * Opening and closing procedures back of house * Cellar management Requirements Previous experience is essential for this role. We're looking for a really solid team member with good understanding of back of house cash procedures and team management skills. Positive, engaging and outgoing are the three key traits we are looking for!
