Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started. **Summary:** The Global Immigration Consultant partners at all levels of the company, to help execute on our global immigration strategy. The ideal candidate will have significant previous experience in strong stakeholder partnership and demonstrated success independently delivering multiple activities for a dynamic global immigration program at a high pace/growth company. They will act as a partner to a variety of internal stakeholders, to smoothly deliver immigration technical advice, transaction support and education. Ensuring, all the while, that we are in compliance with government regulations and delivering a premium people experience. This role will be part of our Global Mobility center of excellence and will be based in London. **Required Skills:** 1. Provide technical immigration consultations to develop strategies to mitigate risk and provide timely solutions to enable hiring. 2. Provide in-depth guidance with analysis of global immigration matters, identification of process and policy gaps, and drafting of policy/process revisions. 3. Develop and implement new or revised global immigration education programs 4. Partner with the wider immigration team on specialized projects with focus on global immigration transaction efficiency, stakeholder education and consultation and advising, implementing, maintaining and reporting on immigration policy matters 5. Ensure that we provide a high-quality experience to internal stakeholders by leveraging shared services and outsourced partners for transactional activity. 6. Role model partnership and collaboration at all levels with internal stakeholders, to deliver our high bar of people experience 7. Deliver comprehensive, hands-on support to our diverse business partners, recruiting organization, and employee population 8. Lead various internal reviews or audits of immigration data, processes and policies 9. Collaborate with growing global mobility team on other team initiatives and projects as assigned 10. Expected to take on additional program responsibility to meet company growth needs **Minimum Qualifications:** 11. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in global immigration/work authorization, Human Resources or directly related field required 12. Minimum 5 years of experience working in a technical role within global immigration preferably with 2-3 years industry in-house immigration and mobility program experience. Strong and progressive-thinking law firm experience also considered 13. Detailed knowledge of global visa types, processes and the ability to review case facts to determine the optimal filing type 14. Ability to influence decisions and to clearly articulate complex/nuanced immigration matters to stakeholders 15. Strong, proven project management skills across multiple disciplines and stakeholders - driving projects from conception to implementation 16. Capable of exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action 17. Ability to critically analyze situations and spot potential issues 18. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and working with highly confidential data that requires 100% accuracy. Ability to absorb/retain large amounts of data 19. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy 20. Ability to work independently while contributing within a team environment (remote and onsite). 21. Ability to travel as needed **Preferred Qualifications:** 22.
