We believe our people play an instrumental part in the growth of our business and have an exciting opportunity for production team members to join our busy but fun team at our restaurants and cafes located in the prestigious London Zoo. The keys responsibilities will include: * To assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the cafe. * To train, support and develop the team to deliver consistently excellent results. * To act as a role model and ensure consistent delivery of Benugo customer experience by the team at all times, in all sections of the shop. * To liaise with FOH and BOH team as necessary to ensure product availability and smooth operation. * To ensure all food, health and hygiene standards are maintained in line with Company Food Safety Policy and legislation. * To understand variable costs and sales drivers and work towards achieving results. * To ensure correct ordering and stock control.
