Requirements What you'll bring: We are looking for a strong Managing Principal level Digital Transformation Delivery consultant who has experience either in-house or with a recognised consulting business. We would love to hear about your ambitions, and how you can support our growth over the next few years. You will have experience of managing both the team and commercial aspects of a delivery, you will help with proposals and Scope of Work drafting, managing and expanding accounts, and identifying additional growth opportunities for Chaucer and your team. This position is suited to those at a stage where they develop others through coaching and have ideas to help us build our business. Digital Transformation Delivery You can demonstrate experience of helping clients deliver digital transformation success through program delivery, people and culture change, preferably within a consulting environment. You have led transformation programmes or multiple work-streams in the following areas: * Agile Delivery * Change Management & embedding organisational change * Risk Management * Digital Transformation Office (DTO) * Project, Programme and Portfolio Management * Leading and building PMO organisations for complex transformation You are adept at managing senior stakeholders in client organisations, building strong relationships that lead to repeat engagements and expanding project teams.
