HR Advisor, (9 Month FTC, £37,000-£39,000, Hemel Hempstead HR Advisor, (9 Month FTC, £37,000-£39,000, Hemel Hempstead Your new company An excellent job opportunity for an HR Advisor, (9 Month FTC) within an established, international, commercial brand in Hemel Hempstead. Your new role As an HR Advisor, within a small HR international team, you will be a true HR generalist responsible for : Implementing and harmonising international and local HR policies. Driving local employee engagement initiatives Assisting with the recruitment and selection process Managing cyclical HR processes, including: Appraisals, employee engagement surveys and contributing towards rewards and benefits projects. You will be responsible for managing all ER cases from end-end You will also be responsible for managing the probation process, on boarding processes and exit interviews. What you'll need to succeed You must have experience at HR Advisor level within a commercial, fast-paced organisation. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or equivalent or studying towards the CIPD.
