The Company Lenstore could have the right opportunity for you. Founded in 2008, Lenstore is an innovative and fast growing online retailer of contact lenses based in South London (SW19 8ED). We are working closely with Vision Express to shape the future of optical retail. We are looking for a driven and talented Senior CRM Executive to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for elevating both our customer journey and communications to drive customer retention across our markets (UK, Germany, Italy, France and Spain). As repeat business is a big part of our revenue and is very important to our growth, your position will play a crucial role in driving our business' success across all our markets. Duties and responsibilities * Plan, build and deliver data driven, customer-focused email campaigns to onboard and retain customers * Own and grow the customer newsletter roadmap, testing, delivery, reporting and optimisation (supported by a team of talented copywriters and translators) * Produce data-driven CRM campaigns through the use of insight, collaborating with the Analytics and Content teams * On-going optimisation of all customer comms using various testing techniques * Own the email platform management (Iterable) and take our email programmes to the next level leverage available tools and increase the use of data, segmentation and personalisation * Test new communication channels - SMS, web notifications, direct mail, in the box * Unlock new opportunities with customers that will deliver against Retention KPIs * Manage and develop our referral programme Collaborate with Brand, Analytics, Tech, Acquisition and Customer Service teams to drive success Requirements * Previous experience in an Email Marketing or CRM role in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment * Proven track record in delivering multiple data-driven CRM campaigns with a high attention to detail * Experience in ESP management and development * Ability to analyse customer datasets and produce reports * Self-starter, able to work autonomously, priortise activities and manage a varied workload * Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills * Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of HTML Benefits * 25 days holiday per year increasing with service + public holidays * Free eyewear worth 550 provided annually to be used at Vision Express * Friends & family voucher codes provided every 3 months to be used at Vision Express * Access to Vision Express BenPal scheme for discounts on: Pension schemes, Healthcare, Experience days, Retail vouchers, Cycle to Work, Gym membership, Diners cards * Staff discount on orders placed at Lenstore * Regular Company lunches (Crepes, Pizza, etc) * Summer & Christmas celebrations * Team activities * Breakfast and snacks provided throughout the week
