We are now looking for a self-starting Management Accountant to join our team in London, as well as having exposure to the global offices. The finance team play an incredibly important at Asite, as we support our global offices and their respective on the ground teams. Youd work directly with our Chief Financial Officer and be involved across the entire business operation. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual that is looking to advance their career with a team of people that are committed to delivering a superb product and service to our clients around the world. Some of your responsibilities: * Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts * Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information on a group consolidation level and at regional level. * Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives and stakeholders. * Supervise, motivate and lead finance team members. * Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems and processes. * Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported * Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with changes to government regulations and legislation * Develop budgets and financial plans for the company as required * Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities * Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations * Supporting the annual audit process * Managing the payments process for suppliers and staff expenses * Dealing with the outsourced payroll and staff benefits * Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports Requirements The following attributes are highly desirable for the position. * Qualified accountant - ACCA or CIMA preferable * 3 years of experience in a software/technology company * Team management experience; * Leadership * Interpersonal skills * Outstanding mathematical skills * Honesty, integrity and reliability * Solid written and verbal communication skills * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Research and analytical skills * Advanced excel modelling Other things we value: * Self-starting - you like to take ownership * You enjoy creating and managing processes * Curious and have a can do attitude * Patience and calmness under pressure * Have an eye for detail, but also are a generalist who loves creating strategies * You enjoy working in a high growth/ scaling environment Benefits Here are some of the benefits of working for Asite: * 50k-60k * Pension scheme * Contribution to gym membership * 25 days holiday * Great working environment
