Purpose: * Responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's compensation programs and policies. Scope: * Identifies needs, designs, and supports sales and incentive comp matters * managing general compensation matters (e.g. broad-based compensation, exec compensation * Adapts and executes functional or departmental business plans and contributes to the development of organizational strategies * Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges/ regulatory issues * Decisions are guided by functional strategies and priorities * May include international accountability; and may include some global accountability Candidate Education: * A Bachelor's Degree is required.
