Job Description

As the Associate Director, Total Rewards EMEALA, you will be the chief liaison to the assigned Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and will lead the design of total rewards programs and policies that enable the attraction and retention of top talent. You will lead the development, implementation, and compliance of various compensation and benefits programs within assigned area. You are an analytical thinker who enjoys working with data and knows what it takes to succeed in a high performance culture. This role reports to the Vice President, Global Compensation & Business Unit Total Rewards. How you will do it * Operationalizes the global Total Rewards strategy and philosophy at the regional level. * In partnership with HRBP, consultancy to Business Unit Management in Total Rewards strategies * Partners with regional leaders to ensure that projects meet the stated objectives, are delivered on time, on budget and with high quality. * Collaborate with HR Business Partners and available resources to support and advise managers on total rewards related activities * Represents an assigned business group's perspective and needs to the global compensation leadership team. * Proactively collects business requirements and identifies business challenges & delivers solutions * Key management of holistic Total Rewards suite within owned area * Oversight of Incentives within assigned area including ownership for a subset of incentive deliverables * Influences to sell innovative TR solutions * Manage projects and assigned resources within owned area * Stay up-to-date on current compensation-related legislation, market trends and pro-active analysis tools in order to fully met company needs. * Conduct ongoing research for improving effectiveness of total rewards plans as it relates to market competitiveness to attract and retain employees * Provide professional consultation and guidance to managers and HR partners on market data and trends * Ensure compliance with applicable employment-related statutory requirements regarding employee compensation & benefits What we look for Required * Strong ability to build relationships cross-functionally and partner with leaders to deliver solutions that meet the business needs * University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * A proven track record and extensive experience and senior Total Rewards practitioner * Proven success at designing and implementing Total Rewards programs * Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving work environment while managing independent workload and juggling multiple priorities * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite with emphasis on analytical tools Preferred * CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) qualified
