Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Medical Secretary within the Specialist Medicine Clinical Administration Unit at Maidstone Hospital, 24 hours per week. You will have an excellent range of PA and Secretarial skills; ideally including a solid knowledge of medical terminology - though this is not essential and accurate audio typing skills. You should be self-motivated with the ability to work in a busy and pressured environment. You should be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills, along with a flexible approach to duties. You should also hold relevant secretarial or audio typing qualifications and have previous secretarial or PA experience. Knowledge and experience within the health sector would be beneficial but not essential. We are passionate in supporting our staff to develop and have great opportunities for career progression.
