Relief Waking Nights Support Worker - FEMALE ONLY

Job Description
Are you looking for night shift work? Do you want a flexible schedule? Could you support people with a learning disability? Relief work means that you will cover shifts as needed when our permanent staff are on annual leave, or away for other reasons. You'll be paid on an hourly basis for the work you do, with an additional allowance for holidays. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will support adults with learning and physical disabilities when they are wakeful at night. You will provide emotional reassurance and physical support, including with personal care, ensuring people are safe and comfortable. NOTE: due to the need for personal care for women, this vacancy is open to female applicants only.** You don't need experience, as we provide a full induction and free training programme. What's important is that you share our values, have a positive approach and are willing to learn. This service is in a rural location with limited access to public transport, so you will need to be a driver with your own transport in order to get to and from work.
