Job Description

Ardingly College have an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced teacher to join a successful Psychology department from January 2021, taking on the role of Head of Department. The post would suit an enthusiastic, well-qualified and talented teacher with excellent subject knowledge, innovative pedagogical thinking and strong practical and organisational skills. The Head of Psychology position presents an excellent opportunity to join and assume control of a well-established and successful department in the College. The successful candidate will have experience teaching A Level Psychology. The ability to teach the International Baccalaureate and/or BTEC Applied Psychology would be advantageous. Participation in the school's busy extra-curricular programme is expected of all teachers and there is considerable scope for staff to get involved in a wide range of activities.
