Job Description
Our client is a leading FM Service Provider with an impressive portfolio of contracts and clients on a national basis. Due to its latest contract award it is looking to hire a Senior Operations Manager in the Wiltshire area. As the Senior Operations Manager you will be responsible for a large part of this latest £5-10m contract. Your role will be to ensure the first-class delivery of the hard services to a sizable public sector site. Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager that can run a maintenance team of over 30 people plus support staff. You will report into the General Manager and have full autonomy for running your site. As the Senior Operations Manager, you must have a proven track record of managing, leading and inspiring large teams, be a strong client relationship builder, commercially astute, forward thinking and innovative. This is a lovely new senior role with an FM Service Provider that can offer you a real long-term opportunity. Our client has fantastic employee retention and clear career progression. This role is paying £55,000 - £57,000 plus company benefits.
