Job Description
McGill AAU team are looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking Junior Sister/ Junior Charge Nurse to join our fantastic team. If you are a current Band 5 Staff Nurse looking to develop your clinical leadership skills or Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you! This role will offer the opportunity to be clinically in charge of a shift, leading a team and supporting them in delivering high quality care. Development of staff is key to running our service effectively and we will invest our time in developing you. With the support of the Clinical Matron and Ward Sisters/Charger Nurses, you will be able to apply your clinical expertise working in our High Acuity Area and our expanding Ambulatory service.
