Overview
Deputy Project Manager Crawley Permanent 37.5 Hours per week £28,000 per annum As Deputy Project Manager, you will manage a team of project staff, including Project Workers, Project Assistants and Night Support Workers ensuring that they: Use Psychologically Informed Environment practices, Trauma-Informed Approaches and Restorative Practice Enable residents to articulate and achieve their ambitions and aspirations Support residents to acquire the skills they need to lead independent and fulfilling lives Identify, map and encourage the growth of each residents’ assets, strengths and talents The position comes with excellent benefits, 5.4 weeks annual leave (plus bank holiday entitlement), a life assurance policy of 2x your annual salary and an interest-free bike loan. You must have experience of managing a staff team responsible for providing support to vulnerable people and experience of working with young people, and you will need to evidence the ability to engage, motivate, inspire and empower people.
