Inclusion Support Assistant - Reading Intervention Fixed Term from September 2020 to August 2021 Monday - Friday 12pm-3pm, Term Time The Supply Regsiter are recruiting! The Supply Register are currently working with a primary school in the heart of Uttoxeter who are seeking a Inclusion Support Assistant. The school is offering the opportunity for a patient, qualified, caring and skilled practitioner to support with the teaching of reading interventions for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. The ideal candidate would have experience in delivering phonics and reading interventions, having the ability to accelerate progress. These children will have missed vital teaching and learning through the Covid-19 pandemic and therefore interventions will need to take place to support children as they begin the Autumn term and throughout the year. The successful applicant would be required to commence work within our academy from September 1st 2020. We are a very hardworking and committed team of professionals who work together to provide a welcoming, safe academy and nursery. We are looking for: * An outstanding Inclusion Support Assistant with the experience of delivering phonics and reading interventions. * A professional who is able to communicate with parents, class teachers and SENDCo on a daily basis. * Someone who is able to follow instructions from other professionals. * Organisation and good recording is needed daily to track intervention * A proactive approach to work, begin able to change and adapt where needed. * Someone who has a love for reading!
