Job Description

. Closing Date:28th June 2020 Reporting to the Client Partnership Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Outbound Solutions team to effectively manage all outbound campaigns across the Kura estate while developing the analysis and recommendations to improve the dialler, contact and outbound strategy for each client. You will ensure that the effective reporting is in place to update the business on outbound performance and to position the business for future growth in the outbound work stream. Your responsibilities: + Implement and manage daily, weekly and monthly reviews on all outbound campaigns + Develop outbound reporting to ensure effective and timely decisions are made on dialler contact strategy + Analyse and manage data provisions to maximise return from a dialler performance and advisor performance perspective. This includes optimising: Data penetration; File contact rates; RPC's to improve sales opportunity; Advisor utilisation + Trend analysis and demographic reviews to provide solid intelligence on future strategies for the client + Manage and develop a team of analysts so they have the skills and ability to provide a best in class service + Ofcom compliance measures to be fully met + Regular client interaction to update performance of campaigns and recommend improvements for the future + Liaise with the operational teams to communicate dialler strategies and engage the team in successfully delivering these + Experience in data procurement and effective data management + Experience of the above responsibilities in a similar role within a contact centre + Considerable experience in dialler management of outbound campaigns using predictive dialler technology to deliver an excellent performance + Experience of data manipulation and optimisation + Proven ability in outbound strategy management + Strong SQL and Excel skills + Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a pro-active attitude + Highly organised, with excellent communication skills and numeracy skills. + Salary: 40,000 - 50,000p.a. + bonus + benefits + 30 Days holiday + Free Staff Wi-Fi + Development opportunities + Car parking + Plus much more!
