Job Description
Using the novel technology of phase only holography, Envisics is developing an industry leading Augmented Reality Head Up Display which will revolutionise the in-vehicle experience. The first product launched with our technology has now exceeded 200,000 units in production and appears in many Jaguar Land Rover vehicles. This generation 1 laser holographic Head Up Display, (HUD), has paved the way in proving the technology's use in a mass production product. Due to growth, Envisics is currently looking to hire a Sales Manager whose responsibilities will be focuses around business development and account management with European based OEMs and suppliers. Responsbilities * Accept accountability and ownership for all aspects of Account. * Serve as lead point of contact for all customer account management matters * Identify sales opportunities including analyze market potential * Create new product and technology introductions, identify prospects for new business, tailor presentation to customer needs, relating product to their business strategies. * Make formal presentations to all customer levels including upper management. * Provide management with reports on customer needs, interests, competitive activities, problems and potential to sell products * Develop, nurture, maintain and establish strong working relationships with current and future key decision makers within the customer organization * Support program management initiatives for new development projects including monitoring, creating, and overseeing time lines with the appropriate follow-up and necessary updates. * Coordinate, oversee, and monitor internal resources and systems to ensure product is shipped to the customer within agreed upon timeframe. * Identify, develop, and establish product and customer strategy and align internal resources to support strategy. * Analyze and lead sales and purchasing plan to maintain necessary inventory levels. * Other Account Management duties as assigned Qualifications: * 4-Year college degree with a technical, marketing or sales background preferred. * Automotive experience required * 5 or more years of industry specific account management, sales and marketing experience as it pertains to the business/product and/or customer. * Direct experience with European automotive manufacturers or Tier One suppliers preferred. * Must have a proven track record of developing new sales opportunities. * Demonstrated negotiation skills * Familiarity with Head-up Display or Automotive electronics preferred. * Ability to lead a cross-functional team and gain support to achieve objectives or meet customer requirements **Please Note** Any CVs submitted to Envisics by any means from any company or agency with whom we do not have a written agreement will be entirely gratuitous and Envisics shall have no obligation to such company or agency whatsoever.
