Field Sales Representative An Area Sales Manager / Technical Sales Representative / Field Sales Representative is required within the Milton Keynes / Bedford / Watford area, to develop sales for a market leading automotive manufacturer. Ideal location - Milton Keynes, Luton, Bedford, Leighton Buzzard, Watford OTE £25-28k, £21-22k Basic + Commission + Car + Benefits The company area an established automotive parts and consumable manufacturer and supplies to the Automotive, industrial and allied markets, renowned for their high performance brand and innovative product portfolio they continue to remain at the forefront of new development. To assist with their continued growth they now require an Area Sales Manager / Technical Sales Demonstrator / Field Sales Representative to continue with the success of their motivated automotive sales division . The Candidate The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring sales by demonstrating the company products to automotive professionals (garages, workshops and refinish / bodyshops). You will develop a portfolio of existing customers and will also prospect new clients. We are looking for a candidate who has technical / automotive product expertise and the ability to demonstrate product using enthusiasm and market knowledge. Although sales experience is desirable, more important is your ability to enthusiastically and proficiently demonstrate product gaining an understanding of the customer needs. Qualities we would expect the candidate to hold are: * Good technical knowledge in automotive maintenance * Commercial ability * Effective communication skills * Good negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills * Results orientated with a clear focus. The Role * Visit existing customers and prospect new customers * Customer loyalty through contact visits * Demonstrate products and anticipate the client's needs. * Propose Products * Transmit knowledge of technical products. This role would suit a candidate with the following skills/experience - Field Sales Representative , Area Sales Manager , Van Sales Representative , automotive industry, garage workshop, automotive aftermarket, sales account development, vehicle parts, tools and equipment.
