Do you want to be part of a 3 month, fully paid training academy before moving into a full-time role at one of the fastest growing and leading digital transformation consultancies in the UK? We are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our Academy - a dedicated training programme designed to fast-track individuals into a career supporting clients with their digital transformation journeys including among others Automation, Continuous Integration, Deployment, Software Development and Testing; focusing on people, process and tools. Taught over three months, the curriculum deep dives into engineering fundamentals and provides you with everything you'll need to know to have a successful career. From DevOps to Testing, Software Development to Agile ways of working, we cover them all! We also give you the soft skills you need to succeed as a consultant which includes presentational, consultancy and business writing skills. We hire for the Academy twice a year and regularly host events aimed at individuals who are passionate about pushing boundaries to deliver modern software.
