Job Description
Senior Technical Business Analyst is required to join a leading tech firm. The company have created a highly complex technology centric product which has started to revolutionise the market and are looking for someone with strong business engagement skills to ensure the buy-in from their customers. The company are looking for a technical business analyst who has excellent understanding of the full development life cycle of external products and managing the customer throughout the process. Due to this stakeholder managements skills will also be important, managing stakeholders in high pressured, not always tech forward environments and logically breaking down the capabilities and limitations of the product to manage expectations. This role sits with technology so as a senior technical business analyst you must be able to hold high level technical conversations with development teams and help come up with logical solutions for complex problems. Responsibilities: * Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver any artefacts as needed * Become the subject matter expert within the product's domain and act when required as the subject matter expert to the development team * Participate with the development team in determining solutions to problems that consider timeliness, effectiveness, and practicality in addressing client needs * Provide sufficient clarity to the development team of longer-term requirements to allow sufficient consideration of architectural choices with current requirements * Serve as the conduit between the customer community and the development team through which requirements flow, facilitating direct dialogue between customers and technical resources when appropriate or required Skills: * Demonstrable experience as a technical Business Analyst covering the full project lifecycle of a complex product. * Experience delivering products to external customers and managing their engagement throughout. * Commercial experience being involved in frontend, user experience projects where the impact of backend changes are considered. * Experience working with onsite development teams. * Analytical and process-based skills, i.e. process flow diagrams, business & process modelling, data analysis * Ability to work across SDLC and work effectively with technical teams
