We're expanding into new areas and products, this a great entry role into the company and you will be the initial point of contact for our inbound enquiries.Thats where you come in. As our Inbound Sales Executive, You will be the person between the prospective client and our services. You'll interact with all parts of the commercial function and work with the prospect before handing over to a sales leader. Youll be supported by an experienced sales and marketing team who can help you expand your skill set and shape your role, and also expected to work independently and take an active role in carving your career here. On a typical day, you might: * Client due diligence before calls * Receiving 5-10 enquiries a day * Schedule and answer phone calls from prospective customers, and use your knowledge of the funding landscape to point them to the right business partner from the team (average 5 calls) * Meet with our marketing team to provide feedback on the quality of leads from their latest campaigns * Work with our Grants and Tax Credits teams to find funding opportunities for a cutting-edge company * During a follow-up call, dive into a prospects development roadmap with our grants or R&D tax credits team and identify a suitable funding product for them * Proactively fill in CRM and keep all deals up to date, and schedule activities for the week About Us GrantTree is entering its 10th year, and currently employs more than 40 technical experts, account managers, sales champions, marketing wizards, and recruitment gurus. Requirements * Excellent verbal and written Communication * Experience in handling multiple calls and inbound emails every day * CRM administration skills ( salesforce, hubspot, pipedrive) * Desire to build a career in sales * Genuine interest in the technology sectors * 0-2 years experience second jobber * Full sales cycle experience ( desirable) * R&D tax firm (desirable) Benefits We believe that people should be rewarded fairly for the work they do.
