As IT Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT services and solutions as well as documentation security validation and maintenancewithin Seals and Bearings (UK) business. This newly-formed roleoffers the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to support the business through IT transformationand the autonomy to shape and scope solutions and processes. You will be employed on a permanent, full-time basisandwill be based out of our sitein Havant, Hampshire United Kingdom. What are your main tasks and responsibilities? * Ensure all documentation is sourced, prepared and maintained * Maintenance of E2E diagrammatic architecture * Maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance, consistent availability and efficiency * Improving infrastructure * Network Storage and Virtualisation Daily management, as well as supporting the maintenance of virtual infrastructure * Active Directory/ Group Policy Maintenance, configuration and enforcement of Group policies * Keeping systems up to date, working with external providers * Regular security monitoring * Exchange Server and Email administration * Overseeing user rights (inputting new, deleting redundant) * Providing helpdesk reports and backup administration * Managing inventory of software licences and offeringPC support to employees What do we expect from you? * Proven experience of maintaining IT infrastructure * A good understanding of LAN, WAN & Wireless architecture * Strong Microsoft Server, AD and virtualisation skills * IT Manager level looking for a diverse role that mixes hands-on systems administration, technology implementation and projects with advanced tech support * Pro-active and independent individual with a team player attitude * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * Ability to influence and interact with main stakeholders in the business * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English * The job is offered subject to successfully obtaining security clearance.
