Our internal design team are seeking a Junior Designer to join our enthusiastic team. You must be able to produce outstanding visual design work across a number of different platforms including New Business, Marketing and client facing on tight deadlines. In addition to this you must be a confident forward thinker who is willing to initiate new and innovative creative responses as well as an ability to present and discuss ideas in a group. Role overview Working as a presentation specialist within AMC. Our internal creative unit - AMC supports numerous agencies within the network and are seeking a like-minded presentation designer to join our growing team of enthusiastic creatives, previous experience creating beautiful, engaging presentation is a must and a great looking portfolio showcasing creative skills essential. The candidate will be either an experienced presentation designer with 2-3 years experience or a second jobber looking to cut their teeth in a fast-paced studio. Must have excellent skills in PowerPoint- assisting across new business, marketing and client facing projects often to tight deadlines. In addition to this the candidate must be a confident forward thinker with a positive attitude as well as an excellent communicator. Key Accountabilities Provide support for New Business Pitch presentations and documentation Work with client directors to create bespoke client presentations and provide support to client teams Create multi - media presentations Help in layout and art working of marketing material such as marketing DM material, conference brochures and other corporate literature Job Controls The key role for the candidate will be to provide presentation support for Dentsu Aegis Network UK Operating Companies primarily in pitches. The candidate will also help with client presentations and have the remit to assist designers with artwork and basic layout Personal Specification 2-3 years' experience with creating and delivering presentations in a high-pressure environment essential Must be able to work flexible hours when required, i.e. when there is a pitch Previous experience in creating documents in DTP packages and advantage (preferably InDesign) Ability to juggle a number of tasks at once and consistently to deliver high-quality work to timescale Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships Clients come first - understanding and adding value to our client's business Basic knowledge of the media industry Qualifications/professional/Technical skills and Knowledge/Experience Excellent Knowledge of Presentation Packages - PowerPoint, Keynote Knowledge of Publishing packages and advantage, preferably Adobe InDesign Knowledge of Video Editing Packages (an advantage but not essential) - Final - Cut/Premier Education to degree level Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications What you'll get from us Dentsu Aegis Network is a fantastic place to work with many great benefits on offer including 25 days' annual holiday, Pension, Cycle to Work Scheme, and get your Birthday day off!
