Job Description
Kingston University have undergone a remarkable transformation programme, including significant investment into refurbishment across all campuses (a brand-new building has just opened at their Penrhyn road site) in addition to a forward thinking, ambitious people strategy. The HR directorate is thriving and remains committed to delivering an exceptional learning experience for students; we are now seeking outstanding HR professionals to join them on this journey. As part of the Organisational Effectiveness team, the HR Consultant is responsible for strategic project delivery and organisational design initiatives, across HR disciplines. You will work cohesively with colleagues and the HR Leadership Team to scope strategic development opportunities and evaluate existing policies and processes, making recommendations for improvements to organisational effectiveness. This will enable considered HR and OD solutions, where you will manage all aspects of project design and delivery, including timely and consistent updates for stakeholders and papers for University committees. To be successful in your application, you will be a consultative, customer focussed HR Professional with evidence in managing projects, maximising the use of technology in HR and delivering new HR and OD interventions. You will possess exceptional communication skills (including report writing skills) with a natural ability to foster strong working relationships.
