The Procurement Program Manager is responsible for supporting the Robotics Deployment Engineering (RDE) portfolio of technical partners that lead the deployments of Amazon's Robotics Technologies globally. RDE is seeking a leader with proven experience in defining, executing and supporting vendor management strategies in the EU and APAC regions. The Procurement Program Manager will Manage the full RFQ (Request for Quote) process from developing Statement of Work in collaboration with stakeholders to award of bid. Continuously improve cost analysis tools, perform cost analysis and offer negotiation and supply base management strategies and solutions. Develop, maintain and control Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for our sourcing process and ensure online documentation is up to date. Drive 3rd Party (3P) continuous improvement operations using KPIs and Metrics Establish and maintain vendor data to support performance and allocation decisions. Additional duties include issuing and tracking contract orders, resolving issues related to price disputes, and evaluating bids for a vendor's services. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen and a capacity to dive deep to solve complex problems. Experience partnering with cross-functional business and technical teams is a requirement. The candidate must be a self-starter and be able to execute at both a tactical and strategic level with a strong attention to detail. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics or inventory management Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment; ability to re-prioritize on a regular basis in order to remain current with business needs Self-motivated; ability to handle multiple responsibilities under limited supervision Ability to influence others in a positive and professional manner PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience benchmarking Supply Chain, Finance, Technology and/or Human Resources. MBA (or other advanced degrees) with additional experience preferred Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills paired with hands-on attitude, excellent attention to detail, and good business judgment. Experience with Strategic Sourcing concepts - SOW development, esourcing, bid analysis, planning, optimization, - gained through work experience or graduate level education Experience with Coupa Sourcing and ERP software. Familiarity with Game Theory negotiations
