Job Description
Scope Personnel are happy to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Representative. This role will require you to work alternating shifts as follows; Week 1 - 06:00am - 15:30pm Week 2 - 09:30am - 19:00pm Alt Saturdays 07:00am - 12:00pm (Paid at time and 1/2) The basic salary on this role is £23,000 with an OTE of £28,000. This company are looking for a confident individual with excellent customer care and administration skills to deliver a first class service to customers. This is a busy role, therefore, excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential requirements. Duties include; booking trucks into the workshop, obtaining mileage from inside the vehicle, arranging courtesy vehicles, raising repair orders, receiving and making telephone calls, using a computerised booking in system and advising customers of MOT/Service appointments. Applicants must be conversant with word, excel, database input and email. Previous experience of a computerised booking in system desirable but not essential.
