Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the pioneer and recognized leader in Cloud Computing. Our services provide a platform for IT infrastructure in-the-cloud that is used by hundreds of thousands of developers and businesses around the world. These customers range from start-ups to leading web companies to Global 500 companies in financial services, pharmaceuticals, and technology. We are looking for a seasoned leader with business development background, technical depth, and communication skills capable of leading a cross-functional team focused on increasing large enterprise adoption of cloud computing across the EMEA Region (Europe, Middle East, Africa). This leader will bring deep enterprise transformation and market insights as well as strong C-level relationships with influencers (in business and IT / CIO functions across enterprise levels) to help further establish Amazon as the leader in enterprise cloud computing. \ Key Responsibilities: You will own the definition, dissemination, and execution of the EMEA Enterprise Strategy (incl. marketing, partners & alliances, field enablement, funding, analyst relations, support and operations, etc.). You will be the single threaded leader for all Enterprise Goals. These can be broadly grouped into Customer Outcomes (incl. revenue and quota attainment), Partner Outcomes (developing a high performing partner ecosystem that supports the needs of our partners), IP & Mechanisms (Building muscle memory in the business by codifying best practices and patterns that increase the seller productivity and customer adoption) - working across functions and teams to ensure the successful execution against these goals and expectations. You will incubate new Enterprise GTM experiments and based on initial successes scale these into our regional enterprise teams. You will build GTM capabilities aligned to our key Enterprise Priorities, specifically Enterprise Applications (e.g. SAP), Migrations & Data. You will address "Big Rocks" that have market moving potential. These may include strategic blockers or non-linear growth opportunities. You are highly analytical and structured in assessing opportunities and quickly assessing risks in the business that you then demonstrate a high bias for action in addressing. You think strategically and long term, but can also dive deep and stays on top of tactical execution. Nothing is beneath you. Exhibits excellent business judgment and is able to differentiate decision process between "one-way-door" and "two-way-door" decisions. Represent AWS as a spokesperson to press and analysts in sharing the experience and value AWS is delivering to enterprise customers.
