Job Description
* RTA Portal Fee Earner * Salary up to £25,000 depending on experience. * Newton-Le-Willows A well established, multi-sector, successful law firm are seeking an RTA Portal Fee Earner to join them. An RTA Portal Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a well established law firm in Newton-Le-Willows . Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a RTA Portal Fee Earner to handle a caseload of pre litigated MOJ Portal Stages 1,2,3. You will have excellent communication and telephone skills and be able to work as part of a team. The role will comprise of the following duties: * Dealing with a full MOJ caseload * Valuing injury claims, submitting Stage 2 settlement packs, issuing Stage 3 proceedings and preparing cases for a final hearing * Excellent communication skills * Previous experience of using a Case Management System * Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively to deadlines * Competent to work as a stand-alone fee earner If you're interested in this role, please apply now or forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us.
