Overview
RTA Paralegal sought for large Claimant law firm with a regional reputation. The ideal candidate will ideally have upwards of 2 year's experience working in a personal injury department and will: Have a good knowledge of RTA Claims Be able to manage a caseload of MOJ RTA Portal Claims Experience of Stage 2 and/or Stage 3. MOJ Portal claims is very much and important part of this business and a premium is paid for experienced fee earners who are able to deal with Portal claims involving multi-disciplinary medical evidence, loss of earnings etc. Salary dependent upon experience but up to £25,000. There is additional capacity to earn a bonus based on settled cases plus generous overtime. Parking available on site. The firm is in an incredibly strong position as part of a national Alternative Business Structure (ABS) incorporating large credit hire companies, claims handling and recovery teams and in-house costs. It has offices in both Bolton and Liverpool. Stated PQE and salary levels are for guidance only.
