Scope Personnel are currently working with a Franchised Car Dealership within your area who require a Car Sales Executive! Based in Coventry our client require an energetic and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to help customers on a daily basis find the right car for them. What can we offer you the Car Sales Executive? * Competitive basic salary * Uncapped Commission OTE £40,000 * Generous Holiday Pay Structure * Start date Immediate * Company Car * Staff Loyalty * 1 in 3 Sunday's Car Sales Executive Responsibilities: * Understand vehicle features, characteristics, etc. to maximise sales potential * Achieve vehicle sales targets whilst maximising profitability * Provide industry leading customer service * Recognise, process and follow-up sales prospects * Seek to generate new business by active prospecting and other marketing methods * Build and maintain great relationships with existing and new customers to maximise future sales * Closing sales by overcoming objections, negotiation, etc. * Sell additional dealership service to increase continued custom * Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, completing sales contracts and other sales administration * Raise the profile of the dealership and enhancing the reputation of the business The ideal Car Sales Executive: * A Full Driving License is Essential * Is flexible, hard-working and able to work under pressure * Highly motivated and physically capable of working in a fast-paced environment * You must have a passion to engage with customers on a daily basis * Background in Automotive Sales Experience is Essential If you're looking for a new opportunity within the Motor Trade at the moment and are interested in this position then apply within.
