As an Account Manager on the Publishers & Platforms EMEA team, you'll be tasked with leading client engagement tied to the Moat Analytics, and Grapeshot contextual targeting solutions. Moat is a brand intelligence and SaaS analytics company focused on transforming digital advertising with our two products: Moat Analytics and Moat Pro. Moat Analytics is a proprietary solution which enables the collection of signals and metrics to better understand ad effectiveness, engagement, and overall consumer attention. Moat Pro is an industry wide real-time search solution providing insights across brands, publishers, and the ad tech landscape. Grapeshot is a contextual intelligence platform focused on protecting brands from risk (by avoiding brand-unsafe content categories) as well as optimizing campaigns to target relevant contextual environments, including late-breaking news and trending themes. About the Opportunity Own and manage strategic client relationships, ensuring a successful partnership and overall positive experience with Moat and ODC Collaborate with ODC's engineering and operations teams to create a positive client onboarding and integrations experience. Encourage and facilitate cross functional support amongst internal ODC departments Proactively review and monitor clients' data, surfacing insights and resolving challenges as they arise. Continuously work on understanding client organizations and goals, working on creating organizational mapping and developing relationships across multiple areas. Create innovative and engaging client collateral to continuously demonstrate Moat and Grapeshot's value. Serve as the point of contact for client discussions by email, phone, and in person. Act as a subject matter expert on ODC products, strengths, capabilities, and position in the industry, as well as staying on top of industry trends. Spot opportunities to educate partners about other ODC products. Provide regular reporting to the management team on red flag accounts paying special attention to key accounts of concern and working to execute plans to improve client health and engagement. Proactively provide expertise and support to colleagues. Lead internal meetings providing content and seeking out sources of value-adding content from others. Develop and aid in implementing internal processes to create seamless management of projects and contribute in enhancing team processes. Provide internal and external thought leadership, as a role model on the team, with the goal of always striving to exceed client expectations and help the team grow and develop. About You BS or BA Degree from a highly competitive school. 3 years experience in the digital ad industry Deep hands-on experience with prominent Ad Tech platforms like MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify, DCM, DFP, MediaMath, Appnexus and others. Positive, clear, and professional written and phone communication. Strong Excel skills. Outstanding attention to detail. Ability to analyze and interpret data to form complex narratives Positive outlook, enthusiasm, and strong internal drive. As a Staff Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate Oracle product*s strengths, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.
