Paediatric Advanced Nurse Practitioner Ormskirk District General Hospital Paediatrics Permanent Full time (37.5 hours per week) Band 8a 45,753-51,668 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team of Advanced Paediatric / Neonatal Nurse Practitioners on the Paediatric / Neonatal Unit and Emergency Department. The successful candidate should hold a MSc in Advanced Practice, be an independent prescriber and clinically competent. You will be experienced at working under pressure, have excellent communication skills and able to work independently. The APNP's work alongside the medical team and support the Tier 1 rota. They also support the continued development and the operational management of the Paediatric Assessment and Observation Unit Regular training will be available with both nurses and medical teams to support continued development and learning.
