As the Network Product Manager, you will own and set a strategic vision for a new portfolio of Security products and ensure it is continually aligned with the organisation's needs. You will be accountable for the success of the Security product portfolio across the Cyber Network Security domain. You will provide an environment in your team that encourages innovation, balance of risk and the exploration of customer and business value, and you lead collaboratively with strong business acumen, bridging and leveraging functions, overcoming gaps in processes or knowledge to enable your team of Product Owners to create successful products. This is a new role with a new team who have recently transformed to new ways of working. About You You will be a talented Security Network Product Manager with unrivalled cyber security knowledge and high impact leadership skills. This is a great opportunity to help build a high performing team in a critical infrastructure industry. You will lead and define a strategy and vision for the Network Security product's evolution to support business and customer needs and set the agenda on what needs to be done and when! Accountable for the overall portfolio of the products or multiple products and setting forth the future direction, you will develop and maintain meaningful customer and senior stakeholder relationships and balance their needs with those of the Security organisation.
