We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Cleveland as a CAREGiver. As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home. Your role as a CAREGiver is a valuable role, to Home Instead and to our Clients. You will have a regular client or two who you will build a bond with. We are a person-centred service, so the clients' needs comes first, they receive a minimum of one hour calls and the call is tailored to their needs; this may be going shopping, house work help, help getting dressed, meal preparations or simply going out for a cup of tea. To preserve our clients' dignity; we don't even wear a uniform! The way we work You get to choose how many clients you take on as your regular calls, this determines how many hours you work a week. The more flexible you are, the quicker and easier it is to match you with a client, then these hours are built upon if you choose to accept another client. Qualifications: A caring nature Good communication skills Able to use own initiative Flexible - required to work every other weekend and some evenings Full UK driving licence - as our clients can request to be taken out to the shops etc within their call. Based within the Cleveland area Happy to do personal care
