We're seeking to recruit a Peripatetic Manager to support our South region consisting of two CQC GOOD rated homes. Your primary role would be to work alongside the existing Care Manager(s) or take charge of a care home to ensure objectives are met. You'll be responsible for the day to day running of the care home, demonstrating a commitment to Gold Care Home's values and objectives and ensuring that residents receive high quality and responsive care service in a safe and secure environment and promoting person-centred care. You'll also be able to demonstrate experience in managing and developing staff, alongside leadership abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a residential home Registered Manager with a rating of good or above and hold a minimum of an RQF Level 5 qualification, or equivalent along with service turnover experience.
