Specialist Physiotherapist - PDRS

As an expert practitioner in physical disability and spasticity you will take responsibility for the therapy aspect of the spasticity service and of a highly complex clinical caseload within Inverclyde Physical Disability Rehabilitation Service, incorporating specialist patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharge from care within both an inpatient and community setting; play a key role in the education and development of clinical staff within the speciality; act as a resource to other health care staff and agencies; identify areas for clinical research and development; supervise other staff and students. It is essential that you have are a HCPC Registered Professional and that you have a BSc qualification or equivalent. You should have relevant post graduate experience including experience in disability/neuro/rehabilitation. The shift pattern for this post is 5 days over 7. This is a Fixed term post for 12 months.
