A leadership role within our Talent Development team developing our people on an individual, team and organisational level and supporting them to fulfill their potential and drive the growth of our OVO Retail business. The main purpose of this role is to support the Head of Leadership and Talent Development in delivering the Talent Development arm of the People strategy in service of OVO Retail's broader business goals. Supporting the team of Talent Development Partners in embedding a partnering model across OVO Retail and engaging with senior leaders to be forward thinking with their talent pipeline. What will I be doing? * Managing the team of Talent Development Partners to embed a talent partnering model within OVO Retail * Leading on the harmonisation of talent development procedure and content across OVO Retail - including multiple sites and brands * Designing and delivering engaging Talent Development initiatives tailored to development needs of our people across leadership levels * Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their talent development needs, including future talent planning * Owning OVO's coaching offering including liaising with external executive coaches and providing internal coaching * Promoting the use of Peakon (engagement tool) across the OVO Retail business to embed its completion and drive action from its insights * Working with individuals and teams to support their personal development planning through coaching and consultation * Proactively researching and identifying best practice initiatives and embedding them as appropriate to ensure you have a deep understanding of up-to-date learning techniques Is this the job for me? We would love to hear from you... * Are a leader with experience in a fast paced business environment across different locations and brands * Are an engaging, creative and confident communicator and facilitator * Have an adaptable interpersonal and influencing style with significant experience liaising with extended leadership teams * Have experience designing and delivering talent development solutions cross-medium including e-learning, 1:1, team and webinar * Are proactive, flexible and positive in a changing fast-paced environment * Have a training design and delivery qualification eg. TAP * Have experience administering, interpreting and feeding back psychometrics * Have experience of the entire, or parts of, the learning cycle * Have experience coaching individuals and teams * Have experience evaluating and managing external providers/suppliers * Are willing to travel to other UK offices (and European offices when required) Ideally, you would have... * 2:1 BA/BSc or equivalent * Coaching experience or qualification * Certification in MBTI, Hogan and Firo-B desirable * Test User: Occupational, Ability & Personality (previously Level A & B) You'll love working with us if you ... * Are passionate about working in a dynamic environment * Seek to understand the impact of change, identify the opportunities change presents and have the ability to provide recommendations * Find new concepts easy to understand, and show the tenacity to keep asking until clarity is achieved * Love developing talent in your colleagues * Know your strengths, yet recognise there's always more to learn from others OVO believes in fueling human progress with clean and abundant energy for all.
