What we're looking for: You are a Senior Partner Account Manager, Systems Integrator who will be responsible for revenue growth and development of our select strategic Systems Integrator partners. This role is also responsible for establishing relationships and partnering with the sales force to drive sales and sales engagement with the UK&I sales team and to develop partners and strengthen relationships to drive commitment to Citrix products and solutions. What you will be doing: * You have a strong ability to network, hunt for and manage leadership relationships. * May manage the pricing and billing process for partners who buy direct from Citrix. * Manage the marketing budget (and co-op funds) for events, collateral and case studies. * Ensure partners maintain proper technical certification requirements * Attend Partner trade shows and drive Partner attendance to Citrix Summit/Synergy. * Work closely with the sales organizations to significantly leverage SI's as part of overall Citrix strategy. * Drive UK&I pipeline. * Act as a seasoned partner relationship manager internally and externally. Support and service other Citrix organizations (Product groups, Corporate Marketing and Development, CTO Cabinet, Geo Sales, CCS, Executive, others as appropriate). * Work with higher-visibility ISV partners to incorporate Citrix technology into their service offerings * Directly engage sales organizations on account opportunities. Manage and track partner opportunities as part of partner business plan. * Execute against goals and expectations that exceed team and Citrix corporate objectives. * Develop and execute specific partner & business plans for designated partners that exceed team goals. * Manage process of getting Citrix embedded with Systems Integrator's offerings and follow through to be sure that effective go to market actions take place to promote the combined solutions. What we are looking for: * Significant experience in working in a sales environment. * Strong communication skills. Ability to define & crisply communicate business case for partnering with Citrix & coordinating activities of sales virtual team calling on the partner. * Deal maker. Ability to work across Citrix departments and partner matrix to close revenue generating partnership agreements * Organized - ability to keep multiple high-value opportunities moving forward * Strong knowledge of Citrix products and solutions. Good understanding and appreciation for new technologies and their potential market impact. * Solid presentation skills required with ability to engage in pre-sales activities to evangelize product and technology benefits to an audience, including General Managers and Sales Vice President's. * Prior experience working for and/or with the strategic partner * Strong organizational skills * Travel: 30-50% Basic Requirement * Extensive experience in sales, consulting, business development, and/or relationship management in computer software/hardware or data networking industries. * Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. * Strong computer, communication, and presentation skills a prerequisite. * Proven ability to work within and across teams, with ability to lead projects. *LI-RM1 What you're looking for: Our technology is built on the idea that everyone should be able to work from anywhere, at any time, and on any device.
