Overview
Job Description
Internal - Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements. Create products that delight our customers and provide needed services. Career advancement with skills training and demonstration of abilities. Provide services that increase customer satisfaction and growth. Summary: * Fault find to component level * Responsible for repair of PCB's. * Fine pitch solder skills essential. * Collection and preparing feedback of data on weekly basis. Knowledge: * Understanding of IPC Standards * Background in Surface Mount and Conventional PCB Assembly. * Background in Repair and Fault Finding of PCBA's. * Understanding of Wave Soldering Process * Conduct themselves in a professional manner always. * Support HOS activities. Skills: * Proficient use in software programs such as Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of Functional testers and ICT. * Good analytical and creative problem solving skills. * Able to remove and replace SMT components to high standard. * Ability to use varies de-soldering equipment. * Good communication skills * Ability to work on own initiative. * Ability to work under pressure. * Able to work to tight deadlines.
