Start here Job Title: Director, Clinical Supply Services Applications Location: Somerset, NJ, Philadelphia, Bathgate, United Kingdom, Bolton, United Kingdom, Kansas City, MO, Schorndorf, Germany * The Role * Create a roadmap for the delivery of solutions in line with business priorities. Develop and maintain the business applications roadmap, including areas of prioritization, management, maintenance and oversight of business applications * Manage the current and future IT Application Portfolio for CSS through the entire application lifecycle (e.g. requirements gathering, license management, application development, application support, training, continual improvement and retirement). * Administration of the project portfolio, as well as resource management * Manage vendor relationships, conduct vendor selection and bidding processes and responsible for contract negotiation. * Collaborate with Infrastructure and IT Security leaders to maintain a robust information security program for CSS systems to protect the privacy and confidentiality of Catalent's data. Ensure Business Applications operations and staff maintains strict compliance with IT & corporate policies. * Analytical skills - Analyses numerical data, verbal data and all other sources of information; breaks information into component parts, patterns and relationships; probes for further information or greater understanding of a problem; makes rational judgments from the available information and analysis; produces workable solutions to a range of problems; demonstrates an understanding of how one issue may be a part of a much larger system. The Candidate * Ten (10) years' related experience, with minimum 8 years' experience managing an IT business application support function. * Experience in supporting systems that have interfaces to other systems required. * Experience in supporting systems that use Microsoft technologies, Oracle, Azure, Salesforce. Current application portfolio includes C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Angular, Bootstrap, WebAPI's, Javascript, Agile (hybrid) methodology, SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS, SSRS, Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps, FTPS, SFTP, IIS. * Experience planning and executing IT application projects from conception through implementation. Thorough understanding of best practices in project management, IT change management, incident management, and SDLC process * Experience with overseeing an environment with validated systems, collaborating with regulatory and quality groups to establish a validation program and oversee validation processes. * Bachelor of Science in an Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant Science Field, or equivalent in working expertise * Pharmaceutical or Life Science experience preferred * Travel 10-15% Catalent's standard leadership competencies that are used to interview and for Performance & Development: * Leads with Integrity and Respect * Delivers Results * Demonstrates Business Acumen * Fosters Collaboration and Teamwork * Champions Change * Engages and Inspires * Coaches and Develops Catalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!
