We are looking for exceptional Enterprise Sales Managers. Do you have a proven account management, sales and marketing experience at senior manager level within the Financial Technology industry? Job Description * Build strategic relationships within global, enterprise value accounts and maximise development and growth opportunities. * Seek new business opportunities within new accounts * Help shape the product offering and spot market opportunities for new customers. * Create long term partnerships with other players to boost the growth of the company. * Be prepared to roll sleeves up and sell as part of a scale up - this is not a big company software sales role * Able to hit the ground running Qualifications * 7+ years experience in quota carrying financial technology software sales * Experience closing deals with enterprise value clients * Experience in formal sales methodologies and ability to adapt them to the situation * Proven sales experience at C-suite level within corporates, banks and Fintechs * Track record of overachieving target as an individual contributor * Entrepreneurial and motivated spirit with hunger for new challenges * Good understanding of main technologies, trends and concepts * Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills * Takes a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities * Demonstrable experience in opening up new markets for a firm * A second language of Italian, German or French is preferable Additional Information Basic Salary 60,000-80,000 + OTE This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing company.
