Relayr is recruiting Senior Account Executives to join our fast-growing sales team and support the Nordics region. Location preferably in London or any other major city in UK . GENERAL SUMMARY The Account Executive's primary responsibility is to drive new business in the assigned territory and develop the pipeline for future growth. The Account Executive will define the territory strategy and be empowered to execute it. This is a strong leadership role and requires individual excellence to demonstrate this on a situational and strategic basis. This position requires excellent communication skills and business acumen to meet or exceed the assigned revenue targets. Qualified candidates will need to interact with senior managers on C-Level and P&L owners to identify joint business opportunities that will drive our customer's business forward and keep them relevant in their market. Job Responsibilities and Key Objectives: * Build and execute a territory plan to achieve territory booking target. * Actively promote relayr's suite of solutions, products and services to prospects, customers, and partners. * Utilise internal resources (executive team, marketing, product management, etc.) to sell effectively at all levels of the client organisation. * Maintain an awareness of accounts, partners and industries from which to leverage strengths. * Monitor and record all sales related activity and maintain an accurate forecast of business in the CRM system (Salesforce.com). * Effectively facilitate joint initiatives with cross-functional teams and strategically engage cross-functional resources to achieve sales goals. * Building Winning Capability within relayr - focusing on collaboratively contributing to the long-term success of relayr through the sharing of best practices. * Consistently strive to improve and reinvent yourself. * Drive Business Relevance/Customer Value Selling. * Drive Sales Growth - focusing on accounts to drive sales attainment numbers. * Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual revenue streams; driving profitable growth. * Engage proactively in cross-selling and up-selling sales activities to drive the adoption of relayr technology.
