If you do not have a current PIN number you will not be shortlisted, please do not apply for this Registered Nurse Vacancy The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Adult Theatre Suite consists of modern theatres covering a variety of specialties including General Surgery, Urology, Renal, Vascular, Orthopaedics, ENT, Gynaecology, Orthopaedic Trauma and Emergencies. Our theatre suite is looking to recruit a registered nurse to develop our service. As part of the multidisciplinary team you will have responsibility for assessment of care needs and the development of programmes of care and the implementation and evaluation of these programmes ensuring the delivery of high quality care to patients within the Perioperative department. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative but also as part of an integrated team is required. You are required to demonstrate flexibility by working within a service that runs over a seven day week 24 hour service. We welcome experienced or newly qualified Operating Department Practitioners. Our enthusiastic education team will guide and support you while you are new to our department and facilitate your learning and education development. Furthermore, you will be expected where necessary to engage in multi-site working within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde in order to achieve the needs of the service. You are an Operating Department Practitioner with current HCPC Registration, the Shift Pattern of this post is variable.
