Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for experienced and motivated customer facing Solutions Architects. Modern computing practices have a wide impact on the management of IT environments, and cloud computing is at the center of these modifications. We are looking for a Solutions Architect with experience in the tools used to transform how companies design, provision and migrate, and operate their cloud environments. Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace is a popular platform that allows customers to easily try, buy and provision a vast selection of AWS technology partner software. As a Solutions Architect you will have the opportunity to work with strategic customers helping them provision and integrate software available on the AWS Marketplace. These tools are core in the transformation of the IT systems, have impacts on the entire value chain of the applications, and provide - through automation - a unique opportunity for increasing business agility, limiting operational expenses, and securing critical information. Provisioning and migration: Enterprise procurement & provisioning (AWS Marketplace) Enterprise governance and compliance (AWS Service Catalog) Service management (AWS Managed Services, ServiceNow) License Management (AWS License Manager) Operations management Planning and deployment of IT systems (with tools such as AWS CloudFormation or external solutions such as HashiCorp Terraform) Configuration management (AWS OpsWorks, Chef, Puppet, RedHat, Ansible, AWS Config) Management, patch and automation (AWS Simple Systems Manager, AWS Control Tower) Monitoring (Amazon CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail, Splunk) Specialist Solutions Architects are industry experts in their field, focused on providing state-of-the art solutions and practices to customers and the entire AWS field organization. From deep technical architecture to company-wide process and practice definition, they are involved in the strategic environments of AWS' most demanding customers. They drive internal communities and are spokespersons in the broader ecosystem.
